Chairman of LENY
Rudy Gabsi is the Chairman of LENY, which he founded in 2006. He oversees all aspects of the company’s operations around the world. Mr. Gabsi has developed and invested in real estate for 20 years, starting with retail shops and luxury buildings in his hometown of Paris. He has since developed hundreds of residential units in Tel Aviv, Los Angeles and New York. He splits his time between New York and Herzliya, Israel.
Chief Executive Officer of LENY
Oded Norman is the Chief Executive Officer of LENY, overseeing acquisitions, development and financing. He previously led the company’s activities in Israel. Before joining Leny Group in 2011, Mr. Norman served as a vice president for a publicly-traded Tel Aviv investment firm, where he managed millions of square feet of European real estate. Mr. Norman holds an LLB and BA in Business from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
VP of Development and Construction
Michael Fico, Vice President of Development and Construction, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in the construction of over five million square feet of residential, commercial, hospitality and retail properties; these range from new buildings to renovation projects. Before joining LENY in 2017, he managed residential construction projects for Gilbane and Lehrer McGovern Bovis, including AOL Time Warner Center and Trump World Tower. He began his career as an architect for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Mr. Fico received a BA in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
